Yes! Byrncliff Golf Resort & Banquets is a popular destination in Western New York for Stay & Play packages – we have Golf, Hotel / Lodging, Bar & Restaurant. We offer standard packages but one can also ask for unlimited golf packages particularly great for buddies trip.
Byrncliff Hotel Check-in Policy?
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are based on availability and fees may apply. Guests are prohibited from entering or parking by the hotel rooms, Maple Lodge, or Condo until the rooms are ready and room keys are provided to you by a Byrncliff Guest Service Agent. Should you depart early or arrive late for any reason, no refunds will be issued.
Hotel Cancellation Policy?
A minimum of 31 days’ notice is required to receive your deposit back less a $25.00 handling fee per person per night. Your deposit will be forfeited for cancellations that occur between 15 and 30 days of the arrival date. At 14 days prior to the arrival date, the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file and is NON-REFUNDABLE at this point for any reason. No exceptions can be made. *No-Show Policy: The FULL PACKAGE PRICE will be forfeited.
MAPLE LODGE and CONDO CANCELLATION POLICY:
Maple Lodge and Condo deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellations made 15 or more days from the arrival date will result in the loss of your deposit. At 14 days prior to the arrival date, the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file and is NON-REFUNDABLE at this point for any reason. No exceptions can be made. *No-Show Policy: The FULL PACKAGE PRICE will be forfeited.
