Office hours are subject to seasonal changes. To contact a guest staying at the resort after hours, call 585-535-7300, then dial the room number when prompted to enter an extension. If you need immediate assistance after our normal office hours, then leave a message in the emergency voicemail box and a Byrncliff staff member will be paged.
